Miss America and Miss America’s Teen proudly represent the Miss America brand—an iconic, proudly American brand with over 100 years of history. More than just a competition, Miss America is a service organization dedicated to empowering women and making a lasting impact on communities across the nation.
Each year, our titleholders are selected from exceptional young women representing all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico—52 remarkable individuals. Miss America includes women aged 18–28, and Miss America’s Teen includes young women aged 14–18.
The award for these outstanding women is valuable tuition scholarships. However, the true reward lies in the experience—the chance to serve as a role model, advocate for change, and lead with purpose.
Being a Brand Ambassador is an exciting, rewarding, and demanding year-long commitment. It is not a "job" but a prestigious honor that requires energy, professionalism, and stamina, as the role often involves over 200 days of travel. Brand Ambassadors inspire others, promote important causes, and represent the dreams and ambitions of women across America.
