[CRANSTON, RI] April 25, 2026 — Miss America Cassie Donegan joined the celebration of a historic milestone this weekend as the Miss Rhode Island Competition marked its 100th anniversary at the iconic Park Theatre in Cranston.
The event culminated in the crowning of Miss Rhode Island 2026 Mia Daley who becomes the first member of the Miss America Class of 2027, as well as Miss Rhode Island’s Teen 2026, Honisty Baker, who will serve as the state’s 21st Teen titleholder. Both Daley and Baker will go on to represent Rhode Island at Miss America and Miss America’s Teen 2027 later this year.
Cassie Donegan was honored to join the celebration, taking the stage with a special vocal performance and engaging with attendees throughout the evening. Her presence highlighted both the legacy and future of the Miss America Organization, while celebrating the outgoing and incoming titleholders who represent Rhode Island’s continued excellence within the program.
The centennial celebration served as a tribute to a century of scholarship, service, and leadership through the Miss Rhode Island Organization, bringing together past and present titleholders, community supporters, and special guests for an evening honoring its enduring impact.
