Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation Inc. and Hood College to Award Full-Tuition Scholarships

[FREDERICK, MD] February 9, 2026 — The Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation Inc. is proud to announce a new partnership with Hood College, naming the institution an official higher education partner of the Miss America’s Teen program.

Under this partnership, the winner of Miss America’s Teen 2027, will be eligible to receive a four-year, full-tuition scholarship to Hood College, creating another significant educational award offered within the Miss America’s Teen program.

Awarded annually and renewable for up to eight consecutive semesters, the scholarship covers full tuition for both in-state and out-of-state recipients. Based on current tuition rates for the 2026–2027 academic year, the total scholarship value is up to $199,200 over four years. 

“As Miss America enters a new era focused on empowering women to lead with purpose, this partnership with Hood College is a powerful example of that mission in action,” said Robin Fleming, Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation Inc. Chairman of the Board and CEO. “By investing in education, Hood College is opening doors for Miss America’s Teen winners to turn achievement into opportunity and leadership into lifelong impact.”

Additionally, Hood College will offer a full-tuition scholarship to the winner of Miss Maryland’s Teen and a $33,000 scholarship for local titleholders participating in the Miss Maryland’s Teen competition.
